A project for the development and implementation of geographic information systems engineering services and communications (GISIS), the largest transportation companies in the Black Sea - Odessa port. Implementation of the project was made possible thanks to the obvious and real return on investment in the development of the project.

Port - a complex of transport-technological complex, comprising hydraulic engineering, capital construction, the railway network and multi-road, a complex engineering project, which was marked by spatial interplay of underground, ground, air communications, such as water, sewer, heat, gas, electrical network, oil pipelines, a network of specialized technological equipment.
Maintenance of the complex is responsible for the technical departments, the staff who every day have to handle the increasing volume array of documentation, much of which belongs to the maps.
The quality and timeliness of decisions taken by professionals at various levels in the first place depends on the accuracy and objectivity of the original information, and largely determine the economic efficiency of the port.

The article summarizes the practical experience in implementing technology update map information for example the creation of municipal geographic information systems background Odessa based on satellite imagery.

To develop a master plan the city of three million, such as Odessa, requires not only a set of powerful software tool in the field of geographic information technologies, and current mapping and analysis of information of the project works. To solve this problem of scientific and industrial enterprise «High Technology» developed by the municipal geographic information-management system of city Odessa, has received a letter abbreviation «MGIS Odessa» which on the basis of geographic information technologies have been combined into one system current mapping information and analysis.

This article describes the basic capabilities of geographic information system «master plan «JSC Lukoil-Odessa Oil Refinery» and experience of its implementation in the electronic workflow of the company.

1. Composition System
The system consists of software and information security functions at the customers computer equipment under the management software company ESRI Software of the customer.
Constitute the basis of information data obtained by the complex design work undertaken on the basis of materials provided by the Customer. The list and the amount of raw material is contained in the annexes.....

   Under Stadnikovs management NPP «High Technologies» has taken a part in a number of major projects, including a set of engineering and geodesic studies and design works necessary for creation of geographic information outline systems for large industrial enterprises, such as the DPP «Odessa Commercial Sea Port» (system «GISIS OMTP», 1999 - 2002), JSC «Lukoil-Ukraine Odessa oil refinery» (system «GISIS ONPZ», 2003), the DPP «Sea port« South »(system« GISIS - MTPYU », 2004 - 2009 he was), etc.

   Geo-informational 3D systems for general plans of these companies contain information about all underground, ground-level and over-ground multi-level networks, communications, buildings, hydro-technical and other facilities, 3D models of port harbor with depth measures. The systems data is used by the companies for execution of renovation and construction works on the territory of these companies and in the harbor area.

V.Stadnikov has graduated in 1976 from Kharkov Aviation Institute, with specialty in «rocket construction», has consequently worked in the «promising developments» department of the Central Specialized Design Bureau of the Ministry of medium machine-building of the Soviet Union, in the department of mathematical modeling of the NPO «Storm» of the Ministry of Radio of USSR, at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Engineering of the State Academy of Refrigeration (Odessa), presided in the «Geodesy and Cadastre» Odessa State Academy of Construction and Architecture. Beginning from 1999 until now is working in NPP «High technologies» as a director.
In 1992 has qualified for the PhD candidate of technical sciences, beginning from 1994 - Assistant Professor. In 2006 has graduated from National Lviv Polytechnic University with a specialty «geodesics». Has published more than 50 publications, out of which 10 publications are published in VAK Ukraine. Areas of interest - mathematical modeling, engineering surveying, digital mapping, systems analysis, geographic information systems for industries and cities.
